晚期流产的病因有哪此呢?北京安太医院陈凤林教授指出：晚期流产主要有以下四方面原因。

1)子宫病变：子宫畸形和纵隔子宫、双角子宫、子宫发育不良、宫腔粘连、粘膜下子宫肌瘤，都可因胎盘血供不足，影响胎儿生长发育导致流产。宫颈内口松弛或部分宫颈切除术后可使胎膜易破，发生晚期流产;

(2)全身性疾病妊娠期急性病高热可引起子宫收缩而发生流产，细菌毒素或病毒还可以通过胎盘进入胎儿循环，导致胎儿死亡。慢性疾病如严重贫血或心力衰竭，因致胎儿严重缺氧也可引起流产
